What happens during a hypnosis session?
A sessions typically starts with your free 20-minute phone consultation. This then follows on into the sessions which comprises the initial consult, hypnosis and then the debrief.
Initial Consult
All sessions begin with a discussion with regards to your concerns and preferences from your free 20-minute consultation. The initial consult will allow you to clarify & confirm what you would like to work on. From experience, some sessions may lead to something else, compared to what was initially discussed.
Hypnotherapy
Then we will go through some exercises that will help you go into a relaxed hypnotic state.
Once under a hypnotic state, we’ll slowly and gently uncover the core belief behind the issue.
After changing/releasing the limiting core beliefs, I will bring you back and we will have a debrief of what was discovered.
Debrief
During the debrief, we will go through some counselling and provide some suggestions on how to continue with your treatment and recovery.
Follow Up
Following your session, I will be in touch with you over to check your progress. I will be in touch with you at least 2 weeks after your session. This gives you a chance to ask any questions, concerns and whether or not additional sessions are required. If you need additional help to process anything a long the way, I offer counselling/coaching/mentoring consults via phone or Zoom.

If you must reschedule an appointment. As part of the 5 day cancellation policy, please notify me with more than 5 working days notice.
For example; if your session is booked at 9am Saturday morning, you must notify me 9am Monday morning. Otherwise you may forfeit your booking fee.

If a cancellation is required. Please ensure you notify me, within more than 5 working days prior to your scheduled session.
For example; if your session is booked at 9am Saturday morning, you must notify me 9am Monday morning. Otherwise you will forfeit your booking fee.
If you fail to attend the appointment without prior notice, you will also forfeit your booking fee.
If cancellation occurs with more than 5 working days notice, your booking fee will be refunded. Otherwise you can also reschedule your session to a time that is more suitable for you.

Once we have had our 20 minute consultation. If you choose the mobile in-home therapy option. I will travel to you to conduct your hypnotherapy session in the comfort of your own home. The only thing required is a comfortable chair or lounge to sit on—and a glass of water.
It will be a 2 hour session. First-time sessions may take a little longer (no extra charge)
For your own comfort, you may have a pillow or a blanket, you may even wear warm socks if you wish as well.
